Model and choreographer Azra Mahmood is busy throughout the year. He is exercising at home to keep himself fit. Azra said, ‘The best exercise to control weight is walking on a treadmill. However, some empty-handed exercises are essential for building body muscles. Because with age, the muscles of the body become weak. Aerobics works well enough to keep you fit. I do 30 minutes of aerobics every day. It’s like dancing, which keeps the mind fresh. One day I walk on a treadmill, another day I do aerobics.'
The type and time of exercise will not be the same depending on the age. Shawkat Ara Sayeda, head coach and dietitian at Persona Health, said adults need to have at least 30 minutes to walk. In addition, the best time to exercise is in the morning. At this time the body and mind are fresh. However, if it is not possible in the morning for any reason, you can exercise in the afternoon or at night. He also talked about some exercises that you can do at home.

Side bends.
Standing on the floor, place one hand behind your head or at the waist and keep the other hand straight. Then try to bend as far as possible towards the hand that is straight towards the floor. After doing this 20 times, try the same with the other hand.
Leg lifts
Lie on the floor to do this exercise. Keep your legs as straight as possible and lift them upwards. Then slowly lower yourself again and do the same with the other leg. It helps in building abdominal muscles.
Ab crunches.
You can do this exercise to reduce excess belly fat and stay fit. Lie on the floor and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle. Keep both hands under the head. Then put pressure on the abdomen by tilting the head and neck forward. Hold your breath for 3-5 seconds at this time. Can be done 10 to 15 times simultaneously.
